SAM Learning Celebration Event - 26/11/2005
Saturday 26th November 200 saw eight of the “most improved” learners in the SAM Learning trial invited down to Glanford Park for the Iron’s game against Brentford. They attended a pre-match meal kindly paid for by North Lincolnshire Council Learning Services.
Afterwards, they were each presented with an iPod kindly donated as part of the case study from SAM Learning and Connect-Up LTD- many thanks to them! Following the presentation, the learners settled down to watch the match in the Scunthorpe Telegraph Stand. Many thanks also to local businesses- Vue Cinemas, InterSport, Record Village, Streetwise Sports and Sports Soccer for their various donations of prizes. Unfortunately, Suzanne Wilkinson, Craig McLellan and Karl Nazareth couldn't make the day.
