To create a friendly and informal working atmosphere in which high standards are expected, with a planned range of supervised and creative learning opportunities.
To continue to develop programmes of study which are clearly structured yet well placed to meet the needs of all learners
To develop a range of customised learning resources linked to football

To raise educational attainment using the excitement generated by the sporting ethos, club surroundings and personalities
To continually monitor and evaluate practise in line with current educational initiatives and pupil performance

To promote the development of creative and confident young people who will become increasingly well motivated with a positive attitude to learning.
To recognise and value learners as individuals and develop positive relationships with them
To provide frequent opportunities for learner success which in turn will contribute to their self-esteem

To build on and consolidate schoolwork, with activities being closely tied to current educational strategies and initiatives.
To provide activities tailored to support objectives identified in the Schools Development Plan
To establish and build upon close working relationships with the Local Authority, schools, colleges and other related agencies with educational outcomes.
To inform schools, parents and carers about the learning of their children

To explore and encourage long and short term sustainability opportunities through collaboration with new and existing partners.
To maximise use of the Study Centre facilities
